3D Printing Internship in Mumbai at Imperio Railing Systems

As a 3D Printing Intern at Imperio Railing Systems, you'll help turn design ideas into physical prototypes, supporting the team with careful modeling, print preparation, and hands-on testing.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and refine 3D models in Rhino or SolidWorks, using project feedback to make practical design adjustments.
2. Prepare files for 3D printing, checking dimensions, orientation, supports, and other settings before each build.
3. Operate 3D printers under team guidance, monitor print progress, and document settings and results.
4. Finish printed parts by removing supports, cleaning surfaces, and checking them against the intended dimensions.
5. Use calipers and other basic tools to compare prototypes with CAD models, recording fit issues and suggested revisions.
6. Produce or update supporting drawings in AutoCAD and visual references in Autodesk 3ds Max as needed.
7. Assist with simple Arduino-based tests or demonstrations, and organize prototype files and build notes for future iterations.
