About the internship
Counselling Trainee (Freshers & Career Switchers Welcome). We're expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a Counselling Trainee.
This opportunity is perfect for freshers or professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking to build a career in counselling. You'll be responsible for working with warm leads, engaging with decision-makers, and doing persistent follow-ups to help guide prospects through our Courses. This is NOT a cold calling role, but it does require strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.
Responsibilities :
1) Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
2) Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively.
3) Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
Post Training :
1) Make 250-300 warm calls/day (Auto Dialling Software) (Not Cold Calls, But Warm Calls)
2) Daily: 5 prospects, each with 20-25 min calls
3) Monthly Targets - 6-20 Lakhs + Handsome Uncapped Incentives
4) Follow-ups via email & WhatsApp
5) Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
6) Virtual meetings with decision-makers
7) CRM updates & team coordination
8) Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.
9) Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
10) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience
Post-Training : Upon successful completion > Full-time Salary: 25k-30k INR per month + Upto 25k Incentives

Other requirements
Who Can Apply :
1) Fresh graduates or students in their final year (NOC is mandatory + no leaves apart from the weekly offs - for the first 60 days)
2) Professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking for a career switch
3) Candidates with strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
4) Candidates with basic Tech comfort— experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus, but not mandatory
