DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Assist in daily accounting operations including journal entries, bookkeeping, and updating financial records.
2. Maintain ledgers and reconcile accounts such as bank, vendor, and customer statements.
3. Record and verify invoices, bills, and receipts in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
4. Support the Accounts Payable and Receivable teams by tracking payments and outstanding balances.
5. Help in preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
6. Assist in monthly and quarterly closing activities under supervision of senior accountants.
7. Check accuracy of financial data entry and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes

Other requirements
1. Pursuing or completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
2. Candidates from Commerce or Accounting background preferred
3. Fresher or 0–6 months internship experience in accounting, finance, or taxation
4. Familiar with Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and basic accounting software
5. Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic compliance preferred
6. Detail-oriented and organized
7. Strong numerical aptitude
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
9. Eager to learn and work in a professional environment
Full-time internship (Work from Office preferred)
Minimum duration: 3 to 6 months
