About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on real client projects on GST, ROC filings, tax returns
2. Work on legal drafting - resolutions, notices, due diligence
3. Work on research & compliance advisory under senior CAs/CS
4. Work on the automation of financial workflows for growing businesses
5. Get hands-on with M&A transactions and regulatory filings
