Accounts & Finance Internship at Tring

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Enter the data of vendor invoices and customer invoices
2. Process payments to vendors and upload payments to the banking portal
3. Ensure all expenses are correctly accounted and provided in the books of accounts and all necessary taxes are deducted on the same if applicable
4. Conduct periodic review of accounts receivable and identify and flag problem accounts to the accounts management team and escalate as appropriate
5. Manage the month-end book of accounts closing process as per the month-end
6. Perform periodic general ledger scrutiny and reconcile all balance sheet accounts (including all bank reconciliations) on a monthly basis
7. Maintain all books of accounts accurately and timely manner as per the accepted accounting procedures.
