About the internship
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliation
2. Maintain and update financial records using MS-Office, Tally, and MS-Excel
3. Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and analysis
4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in spoken and written English
5. Support in budgeting and forecasting activities
6. Participate in audits and regulatory compliance processes
7. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the accounting department

Other requirements
Candidates with a background in B.Com, BBA (Finance), or related field preferred
Basic knowledge of billing processes, invoicing, GST, and taxation preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
Good communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams
Ability to handle multiple invoices and meet deadlines efficiently
Prior experience or internship in billing/accounts is an added advantage
