Accounts Internship in Hyderabad at Alter Hub

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Accounting & bookkeeping:
1. Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting entries
2. Record sales, expenses, vendor payments, and customer receipts
3. Reconcile bank statements and payment gateway transactions
4. Support monthly closing of accounts

B. Online payment platforms management:
1. Handle reconciliation of payment gateways such as Razorpay
2. Track settlement reports, transaction fees, refunds, and chargebacks
3. Maintain records of UPI, net banking, and card payments
4. Coordinate with payment gateway support if discrepancies arise

C. Banking & compliance:
1. Assist in managing banking operations and vendor payouts
2. Understand and track TDS, GST, and other statutory deductions
3. Help prepare documents for CA and tax filings
4. Maintain proper documentation for audits

D. Taxation (Online business focus):
1. Understand GST for service-based businesses
2. Perform input and output GST reconciliation
3. Track TCS and TDS implications in online transactions
4. Understand e-invoicing requirements for future compliance
