Projects are taken up on a case-by-case basis, either in OPC or ODC Foundation, with an approach for self-sustainability. Revenues generated through its integrated commercial outlets are cycled back for social and socio-economic objectives. Our key infrastructure for implementing Health-Knowledge-Culture (HKC) programmes includes:

1. 'Knowledge Hub' in a 15-acre developed farm (group-owned) at Billimora (Gujarat).
2. Well-established office (group-owned) in Mumbai providing a platform for coordination, logistics, and support.
3. Ocean-going vessels (group-owned) for trans-ocean HKC programs like 'Ocean Science & Research'.
4. Vehicles for HKC programs and expeditions.
