About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Record and manage daily accounting entries in Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory / Zoho Expense.
2.Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor and client reconciliations.
3.Generate invoices, bills, payment reminders, and credit notes in Zoho.
4.Reconcile bank statements and online payment gateways through Zoho.
5.Assist in monthly/quarterly closing and preparation of financial statements.
6.Support compliance tasks (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC) with accurate documentation.
7.Coordinate with sales, HR, and SCM teams for expense tracking and reporting.
8.Assist senior accountants and managers with audits and ad-hoc financial tasks.
