About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the Executive Assistant (EA) in executing day-to-day administrative duties with accuracy, speed, and discretion
2. Take ownership of delegated tasks, ensuring timely and error-free completion
3. Maintain a proactive approach in anticipating needs and offering support before being asked
4. Manage and coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and events as per instructions from the EA
5. Assist in calendar updates, conference room bookings, and reminder setups to support the EA's scheduling efforts
6. Organize, update, and maintain physical and digital records, files, and confidential documents
7. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefings by gathering required information from various sources
8. Track the progress of assigned tasks and projects delegated by the EA and provide regular status updates
9. Maintain clear records of deadlines, pending items, and ensure nothing is overlooked
10. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Executive Assistant without hesitation
11. Remain flexible and adaptable in supporting ad hoc requests and shifting priorities
12. Uphold professional standards in behavior, communication, and decision-making
13. Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation handled
14. Liaise with internal departments on behalf of the EA
15. Maintain a "no follow-up required" attitude by ensuring that assigned responsibilities are completed without delays or errors
