AI Agent Development Internship at Carufus Technology

About the Role
We are looking for a curious and hands-on Agentic AI Intern who is excited to build intelligent systems that can think, act, and automate workflows. You will work on designing AI agents, integrating tools, and creating automation pipelines that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents capable of performing multi-step tasks autonomously
- Build and optimize workflow automations using APIs, LLMs, and orchestration tools
- Integrate AI systems with databases, CRMs, and web applications
- Experiment with prompt engineering and agent frameworks
- Develop reusable AI workflows for business use cases (sales, ops, support, etc.)
- Monitor, debug, and improve agent performance
- Document workflows and solutions for internal use

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Familiarity with JavaScript or Python
- Understanding of APIs, JSON, and webhooks
- Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Interest in automation and system design

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with tools like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, AutoGen, CrewAI, Zapier, Make (Integromat)
- Knowledge of Node.js, backend development, or databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Exposure to prompt engineering or chatbot development
- Understanding of business workflows (sales, operations, CRM)
