About the internship
1. Help plan content across all our channels, including content pillars, calendars, hooks, messaging, and target audiences. We currently focus on Instagram, with more channels to follow.
2. Turn approved scripts into polished Reels and posts using AI-powered content creation tools, including Google's video-generation tools, ElevenLabs for voiceovers, and other tools that add value to the workflow.
3. Own a part of the content pipeline end-to-end. You won't just execute someone else's shot list you'll be expected to identify when a script, hook, or concept isn't working and share your perspective.
4. Build and maintain a growing library of insights on what works and what doesn't, including content formats, hooks, and audience retention, so that the next 30 days of content are sharper than the last.

Other requirements
1. Comfortable writing in natural Hinglish and clean English, with a strong understanding of how people actually communicate versus how brands tend to over-polish their messaging.
2. Genuinely curious about AI-powered content creation tools or able to learn new tools quickly. You’ll work with tools such as Gemini’s video-generation capabilities and ElevenLabs from day one.
3. Someone with an opinion. We’d rather you tell us that a script is boring than quietly produce a boring video.
4. Comfortable working with ambiguity. This function doesn’t have a fixed playbook yet—you’ll help build and refine it.
