About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Spend the first week understanding the internship structure, assigned projects, tasks, timelines, and expected deliverables.
2. Clearly understand the work assigned to each intern and ensure that the required tasks are completed within the given deadlines.
3. Coordinate with interns, guide them throughout the internship, and help clarify their day-to-day tasks.
4. Monitor the progress of projects and maintain proper records of completed and pending work.
5. Review the work submitted by interns and ensure that it meets the required standards.
6. Follow up regularly with interns regarding their assignments, project progress, and submissions.
7. Identify delays or issues and communicate them to the concerned team.
8. Maintain proper documentation of each intern's performance and project completion.
9. Conduct a final review of the intern's overall work at the end of the internship.
