About the internship
Social Media Specialist
A. YouTube Growth & Niche Strategy (40%):
1. Research trending and evergreen YouTube niches using tools like TubeLab, NexLev and other tools
2. Study top channels and videos to understand hooks, thumbnails, and viewer retention.
3. Find content gaps and new opportunities in different niches.
4. Plan video ideas, titles, thumbnails, and structure for YouTube optimization.
5. Track channel analytics and test new content formats.
6. Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes and platform trends.
B. AI Content Engineering & Prompt Production (40%):
1. Write structured prompts for AI video tools like Veo, Runway, Sora and others.
2. Create image prompts for thumbnails using Midjourney, Flux and others.
3. Use tools like Groq, Claude, and ChatGPT to generate and refine prompts.
4. Run A/B tests by changing scenes, camera angles, lighting, and style.
5. Document prompts, results, and improvements.
6. Maintain a categorized prompt library.
7. Aim for prompts that need little or no manual editing.
C. Process & scale (20%):
1. Create SOPs for AI video production workflows.
2. Build reusable prompt templates and frameworks.
3. Suggest automation to speed up content creation.
4. Document best practices to help scale the system.
