About the internship
1. Supporting HR activities, including staff onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement
2. Managing customer relationship activities, including customer onboarding, offboarding, and engagement
3. Designing and documenting operational processes and coordinating with the development team to automate them
4. Preparing executive reports and presenting them to the Board of Directors and Advisory Panel members
5. Participating in brainstorming discussions and contributing to business and operational decision-making
6. Interacting with staff and customers to understand demand and supply, service delivery quality, and customer feedback
7. Identifying gaps and supporting corrective measures to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction

2. Willingness to travel for business meetings, including travel to Sydney, Singapore, Dubai, and other locations as required
3. Minimum 24-month commitment to Finari
4. Willingness to learn from experienced C-suite professionals and industry mentors with 30+ years of experience
5. Candidates should be open to mentorship, guidance, and learning from senior industry professionals
6. Based on performance and the evaluation of the Board of Directors and Finari Advisory Panel, the candidate may be considered for progression to a C-suite role after 24 months
7. Willingness to work from Finari's STPI Taramani office
Perks
1. Final-semester students: Fixed stipend of ₹15,000 per month
2. Full-time employment:
1. Initial 6 months: Fixed CTC of ₹3 LPA + project allowance of 2% of the assignment's paper cost
2. Next 6 months: Based on performance during the initial 6 months, fixed CTC of ₹4–6 LPA + project allowance of 4% of the assignment's paper cost
3. Second year: Based on performance during the first year, fixed CTC of ₹6–10 LPA + project allowance of 6% of the assignment's paper cost
3. After 24 months, subject to performance evaluation and approval by the Board of Directors and Finari Advisory Panel, the candidate may be promoted to a C-suite role and become eligible for 6% ESOP shares
