About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Audit
- Assist in statutory audit and internal audit assignments.
- Support preparation of audit working papers and documentation.
- Verify financial records, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Participate in audit procedures and help identify control gaps.
GST
- Assist in preparation and review of GST returns.
- Support reconciliation of GST data with books of accounts.
- Work on GST data compilation and compliance documentation.
- Help in preparing information required for GST assessments or notices.
Income Tax
- Assist in preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Support preparation of computation of income and tax liability.
- Work on documentation related to tax compliance and assessments.
- Assist in responding to basic tax queries and notices.
