DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Providing operational, DevOps, and administrative support to a team of web developers (front-end, back-end) and data scientists.
2. Streamlining communication, managing agile workflows, tracking deliverables, and helping optimize tech-driven project delivery.
3. Scheduling meetings, stand-ups, sprints, and code reviews.
4. Maintaining agile boards and minutes of meetings (Jira, Trello, Notion).
5. Tracking team deliverables and action items with task IDs and circulating status reports.
6. Updating project documentation and task lists.
7. Coordinating onboarding with HR, managing interview schedules, leave records, and team calendars.
8. Organizing training sessions, events, and hackathons.
9. Acting as liaison between developers, QA, and stakeholders.
10. Following up on deadlines and tasks.
11. Recommending improvements through SOP creation or revision for productivity.
12. Implementing digital workflow automations where possible.
13. Monitoring VPS and cloud servers (Hostinger, AWS EC2, DigitalOcean), coordinating deployments, logs, downtime, and troubleshooting.
14. Using automation and AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, Kodee, n8n, Zapier) for troubleshooting and workflow efficiency.
15. Maintaining documentation, SOPs, KPIs, and infrastructure usage tracking.

2. Monitoring server performance, logs, deployments, and incident management.
3. Automation and workflow tools: n8n, Zapier, PipeDream, Lovable, Bolt.
4. Front-End: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, SCSS/CSS Modules.
5. Back-End: Node.js, Express.js, Python (Flask/FastAPI), REST APIs, GraphQL.
6. Data Scraping: Python (Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, Selenium), Requests, Puppeteer (Node.js).
7. Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
8. Project management: Jira, Trello, Notion.
9. Collaboration: Slack, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Zoom.
10. Documentation: Confluence, Google Docs, Notion, MS Office.
11. Source control: Git, GitHub, GitLab.
12. Reporting tools: Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau (for MIS/dashboard reporting).
13. Agile workflow management, team coordination, and stakeholder communication.
