About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Perform different work at one time.
2. Prepare daily production schedule and handle user requests. Manage computer resources efficiently to provide maximum output and adequate system response.
3. Communicate regularly regarding the scheduling of computer time. Help resolve computer-related issues, routing user questions to other areas as appropriate.
4. Operate the computer efficiently to ensure production, packaging, and delivery of regular and special reports.
5. Maintain operations database.
6. Monitor supplies and equipment necessary to ensure continuous operations.
7. Receive calls from vendors, respond as appropriate, and/or refer to supervisor or other area as needed.
