About the internship

The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Writing clean and efficient modules
2. Developing RESTful web APIs
3. Writing maintainable data pipelines
4. Handling multiple data stores regularly
5. Scaling existing services

Who can apply

Added requirements

1. Proficiency in Python or Java is a must; Understanding PEP-8 is a plus

2. Good experience in handling large data frames with minimal resources

3. Hands-on experience with MySQL is a must; Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries

4. Understanding of Microservice Architecture Principles

5. Hands-on experience in writing restful services; Understanding of docker and docker-compose for deployment is a plus

6. Understanding of design patterns, code quality, Gitflow workflow development pattern

7. Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between different stakeholders from different domains in a project

About Nunam

Nunam is set on a journey to build energy storage devices that run on used lithium-ion batteries. As a result, we want to bring down the cost of energy storage significantly in a highly carbon-friendly way (due to reuse) against any other existing storage technology on the market (mainly lead-acid batteries). We do this primarily for those communities that need affordable energy the most and live with less or no access to electricity today. The objective is to develop best-in-class and hyper-efficient technologies, products, and processes to reuse batteries from any source and at scale.
