We're looking for a backend engineering intern who is genuinely strong in Java and has hands-on experience or serious project work in Spring Boot. This is not a 'learning from scratch' role - you will be contributing to real systems from Day 1.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
2. Work closely with the backend engineering team on feature development and bug fixes
3. Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
4. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
5. Work with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and understand query optimization basics
6. Contribute to internal tools, microservices, or product features as assigned

1. Strong foundational knowledge of Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading)
2. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot- REST APIs, dependency injection, Spring Data JPA
3. Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
4. Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
5. Ability to debug, problem-solve, and communicate technical blockers clearly
6. Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related field
7. Eligible to get NOC from his/her college.
8. Must be able to commute to the office for 5-days a week.
