About the internship
As a Backend Operations Intern at Maxleben Advisory, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in effective communication, interpersonal skills, MS-Office, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, sales management, operations, and administrative support.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the operations team in managing day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
2. Assist in creating and updating sales reports using MS-Excel to track sales performance.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and improve sales management processes.
4. Provide administrative support by organizing and maintaining files, documents, and records.
5. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
6. Assist in preparing presentations and proposals using MS-PowerPoint for client meetings.
7. Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
