About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Preparing and performing product demonstration
2. Documentation
3. Performing field visits to hospitals (provide on-site and remote technical support for biomedical equipment and software)
4. Providing product servicing - assist in troubleshooting software/hardware issues related to medical devices
5. Collaborate with sales & service teams to improve product usability
6. Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development team
7. Ensure compliance with medical standards (FDA/CE/ISO) during deployments
7. Maintain documentation of service reports, training sessions, and issue resolutions
