DESCRIPTION
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interact with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and change requests.
2. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for the software development team.
3. Coordinate with developers to clarify requirements and resolve functional queries throughout the development lifecycle.
4. Plan, prioritize, and track change requests, bug fixes, and enhancement tasks.
5. Perform functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for software updates, patches, and new features.
6. Log, track, and verify software defects before software releases.
7. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user manuals, software architecture documentation, release notes, test cases, and test reports.
8. Monitor project progress, coordinate software releases, and support deployment activities.
9. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
10. Ensure software quality, compliance with project requirements, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

1. Candidates pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Candidates with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
3. Candidates with strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement-gathering skills.
4. Candidates with excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
5. Candidates familiar with software testing concepts, including functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
6. Candidates with knowledge of Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), technical documentation, and technical writing.
7. Candidates proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with strong documentation and reporting skills.
8. Candidates who can effectively coordinate with clients, developers, and cross-functional teams while managing multiple tasks.
9. Candidates with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
10. Candidates available for a full-time internship and eager to build a career in business analysis and software project management.
