About YNDT
I am a Bengaluru-based soft skills trainer and entrepreneur building two people-centric brands - Your Next Door Trainer (YNDT) and Diggl India. Through YNDT, I design and deliver corporate and campus programs on communication, leadership, and professional effectiveness, and have facilitated 350+ sessions for 5,000+ participants over the last decade. My work focuses on building practical, behavior-driven skills that help individuals and teams show up more confidently at work.
Diggl India is my emerging mindful lifestyle brand, starting with travel journals and simple mindfulness tools that help people slow down, reflect, and live more intentionally in their everyday lives. Together, these two ventures let me explore my core interests at the intersection of learning, behavior change, and mindful living.
