About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Sales & Lead Conversion
1. Call and follow up with digital marketing & website leads
2. Understand client requirements and pitch ATversion services
3. Convert leads into paying clients
4. Maintain lead records and follow-ups
B. Cold Outreach
1. Write & send cold emails and LinkedIn messages
2. Assist in outreach strategies for client acquisition
C. Training & Internship Sales
1. Talk to students and professionals enquiring about training programs
2. Explain course structure, benefits, pricing, and career outcomes
3. Convince and enroll candidates into training & internship programs
D. Social Media & Content Support
1. Assist in managing ATversion's social media accounts
2. Create small posts, captions, or reels ideas
3. Write basic blogs or website content (with guidance)

Other requirements
1. Candidate who has good communication skills (English & Hindi – Gujarati is a plus)
2. Confidence in talking on calls & convincing people
3. Interest in sales, marketing, and startups
4. Basic understanding of digital marketing (preferred, not mandatory)
5. Ability to write emails, messages, and simple content
