About the internship
Are you a dynamic and ambitious female with a passion for business development? Join The Goat Academy Private Limited as a business development intern for Admissions and Enrolments! As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in effective communication, English proficiency, interpersonal skills, MS-Excel, marketing, marketing campaigns, cold calling, sales, and client relationship management (CRM).
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Generate leads through schools, colleges, residential societies, and local communities
2. Participate in events and promotional campaigns
3. Interact with parents and students to explain academy programs
4. Assist in converting inquiries into enrollments through calls and follow-ups
5. Conduct academy tours and support program presentations
6. Help organize trial sessions and demo classes
7. Build relationships with local communities, RWAs, and institutions
8. Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
9. Coordinate with marketing and coaching teams for campaigns
