DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Reach out to potential leads and clients via phone, email, and other platforms to introduce our products and services.
2. Manage and update client information and activity records in our CRM system.
3. Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and industry trends.
4. Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations for internal review.
5. Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to support outreach campaigns.
6. Assist in preparing product and proposal documents for client communications.
7. Track and report lead conversion progress and client engagement.

Other requirements
1. Must be a postgraduate (MBA, MCom, MA in marketing/business/economics preferred).
2. Excellent English communication skills- both verbal and written.
3. Confident on calls, with the ability to handle B2B conversations.
4. Strong analytical and research skills.
5. Proactive, decision-maker, and solution-oriented.
6. Available to work 5-6 hours per day, Monday to Saturday.
7. Familiarity with basic CRM tools and MS Excel is a plus.
