Business Development (IT Sales) Internship in Nagpur at Ossum Technology

We are looking for a passionate and proactive business development (sales) intern to assist with a range of marketing activities, including outbound calling, digital marketing, and market research. This internship will provide hands-on experience in the IT industry, focusing on building brand awareness and establishing partnerships with potential clients. Nagpur-based local candidates will get preference.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Engage with potential clients via calls to introduce our IT services/products, answer questions, and gather feedback
2. Identify and qualify leads through calling, email outreach, and social media platforms to support the sales team
3. Assist with creating and managing digital campaigns (email newsletters, social media posts, SEO, etc.) to promote IT services/products to target audiences
4. Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) by creating posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics
5. Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to optimize marketing strategies
6. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, calling efforts, and lead generation initiatives
