Looking to gain real-world experience in B2B sales, business development, and lead generation while working on live campaigns for IT and technology companies?
LeadNexus is looking for enthusiastic Business Development & Lead Generation Interns to join our team in Pune.
This is a great opportunity for freshers and students looking to build strong communication, sales, and professional skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to business professionals and key decision-makers.
2. Introduce relevant industry whitepapers, expert sessions, and webinars to prospective participants.
3. Understand prospects' requirements and identify relevant opportunities.
4. Generate and qualify B2B leads based on campaign requirements.
5. Encourage qualified prospects to participate in expert calls and webinars.
6. Follow up with interested prospects to improve lead conversion and event attendance.
7. Maintain accurate daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
8. Work towards daily and weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
9. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure consistent, high-quality lead generation.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 12,000 - 12,001 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 3,000 - 5,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 250000/year2. Students pursuing BBA, B.Com, MBA, BCA, or any other graduation program.
