About the internship
Are you looking to kickstart your career in business development and operations? Look no further! PadCare Labs is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of operations and business development within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Operations & Dispatch Management
- Manage daily dispatches of samples and product orders.
- Track and maintain inventory of Rebirth products.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of materials.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain related documentation.
- Track shipped orders until delivery and resolve delays or issues.
2. Finance & Tracking
- Maintain trackers for dispatched products, delivery status, and client payments.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice follow-ups and payment updates.
3. Business Development & Client Interaction
- Assist with client outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.
- Help in lead generation, cold emailing, and timely follow-ups.
- Gather feedback from existing clients and pass insights internally.
- Support in nurturing relationships with existing PadCare clients and introducing them to Rebirth products.
4. Events & On-Ground Support
- Assist in attending corporate events, exhibitions, or client meetings as required.
- Support in booth management, sample distribution, and client engagement.

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or any related field.
- Basic understanding of supply chain or business development is a plus (not mandatory).
