We are looking for energetic and confident Sales & Partnership Interns who will represent Nishwik on the ground. You will directly interact with school and college management, present Nishwik's partnership model, and help onboard institutions into our ecosystem.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy people interaction, pitching, and real-world business exposure.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes in assigned areas
2. Pitch Nishwik's partnership model to principals, directors, and administrators
3. Clearly explain Nishwik's value proposition and benefits
4. Build and maintain strong institutional relationships
5. Collect feedback and market insights from institutions
6. Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and follow-ups
7. Represent Nishwik professionally in meetings and discussions

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 15,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 15,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 250000 to 600000/year
