About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engaging in client acquisition with strategic foresight.
2. Meeting clients' investment objectives by managing their portfolios effectively.
3. Providing pragmatic solutions to resolve evolving complexities in asset classes, including mutual funds, bonds, corporate fixed deposits, and other financial products that meet client investment requirements.
4. Spotting the latest market trends and opportunities available to meet clients' investment needs.
5. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including HNIs, NRIs, individuals, and key corporate personnel.
6. Conducting business reviews and frequent research on financial markets to ensure clients across the globe are satisfied with our advisory services.
7. Alerting the sales team about opportunities for further sales within key clients.
8. Informing customers about other products and services the company offers.
9. Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
10. Achieving client relationship targets and key performance indicators as set by the head of sales.
11. Escalating and resolving areas of concern raised by clients.
12. Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
13. Passing leads to the sales team and following up on their progress.
