About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, technical interests, and learning objectives to recommend suitable programs.
2. Interact with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels to understand their requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
3. Explain technical programs, course curricula, learning outcomes, career opportunities, and program benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
4. Address student queries related to programs, curriculum, duration, eligibility, learning methodology, and career opportunities.
5. Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission and enrolment journey.
6. Conduct basic market and competitor research to understand changing learner requirements, technical education trends, and opportunities.
7. Coordinate with the Marketing, Training, and Operations teams to improve lead quality and the overall student experience.
8. Support lead-generation initiatives by providing feedback on student requirements and campaign responses.
9. Build and maintain relationships with engineering colleges, universities, and academic institutions to support student outreach and institutional partnerships.
10. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counselling sessions, follow-ups, and admissions using the organisation's CRM and internal systems.
11. Contribute towards monthly enrolment and learner engagement targets.
12. Work closely with the leadership team on student acquisition, counselling initiatives, institutional outreach, and other responsibilities aligned with business growth.
