About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and connect with potential learners and professionals who can benefit from Airtribe's programs.
2. Build and maintain a consistent outreach pipeline using multiple channels calls, messages, and emails.
3. Understand client needs and recommend suitable programs with a consultative approach.
4. Establish strong connections with learners and act as a trusted guide throughout their journey.
5. Handle queries, share program details, and ensure a smooth and informative onboarding experience.
6. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align communication and conversion strategies.
7. Engage with inbound leads and nurture them through effective follow-ups.
8. Track all interactions and maintain updated records in CRM systems.
9. Work towards achieving weekly and monthly acquisition targets with precision and persistence.
10. Analyze lead data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
11. Share feedback and insights with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
12. Contribute to special projects focused on scaling Airtribe's client acquisition funnel.

2. Strong analytical and sales aptitude.

3. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools.

4. Quick learning ability and problem-solving mindset.

5. Self-driven attitude with a hunger to learn and grow.

6. Prior sales or client-facing experience (preferred, not mandatory).
