About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching markets, organizations, and individuals to identify new opportunities, generate leads, and propose solutions that maximize revenues.
2. Identifying key decision-makers, influencers, and end-users within target client organizations.
3. Pitching to CXOs of potential organizations, collaborating to expand business volume, and exploring innovative approaches to scale the organization.
4. Leveraging research materials and tools effectively to generate qualified sales opportunities.
5. Maintaining regular contact with clients and prospects through calls, meetings, and presentations.
6. Developing a deep understanding of all services offered by the company and communicating them effectively.
7. Acting as an ambassador for Pepper Communications Group by building strong client relationships through meetings, presentations, and participation in industry forums.
8. Meeting and managing sales targets set by the business development team and approved by leadership.
9. Providing weekly feedback on sales activities, including client wins/losses, competitive insights, and product feedback, and occasionally presenting findings to the sales team.
10. Supporting the implementation of business development strategy, sales processes, and best practices across the company.
11. Collaborating and brainstorming with sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and grow client accounts.
