About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle *inbound & outbound calls* to engage potential clients.
2. Guide candidates through *technical counseling* for training programs.
3. Provide information on IT courses and career paths.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
6. Work closely with the sales and training teams for seamless operations.
Requirements:
1. MBA pass-out (Freshers can apply).
2. Strong *communication & persuasion skills*.
3. Ability to manage client queries professionally.
4. Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
