DESCRIPTION

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drive space acquisition by discovering and shortlisting potential spaces including studios, caf s, rooftops, kitchens, and venues across Bengaluru micro-markets
2. Conduct field validation by doing field visits to assess quality, capture notes, photos, videos, and gather key details required for listing and onboarding
3. Manage end-to-end account handling by initiating first contact, pitching Schpot, conducting follow-ups, supporting negotiations, and closing deals
4. Execute host onboarding by coordinating required information, guiding hosts through next steps, and ensuring the space is go-live ready
5. Maintain sales pipeline visibility by updating a daily pipeline tracker or CRM with clear stages, notes, and next actions for every account
6. Resolve onboarding challenges by working closely with internal teams to address listing and documentation blockers
7. Own account communication by being the primary point of contact for assigned accounts during onboarding and early activation
8. Generate market insights by sharing weekly field learnings including customer pain points, needs, and outreach effectiveness

Other requirements

1. Strong spoken and written communication (English + Hindi/Kannada is a plus)

2. Confident speaking to new people and able to handle follow-ups consistently

3. High ownership: Takes initiative and closes loops end-to-end

4. Interest in sales, partnerships, operations, and marketplaces (startup curiosity helps)

5. Comfortable using basic tools: Google Sheets/Notion, WhatsApp, email, and maps

6. Bonus: prior experience in other college fests, community leadership, internships in sales/ops, or any role involving outreach and coordination
