About the internship
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming sales inquiries via calls and WhatsApp
2. Speak with clients to understand event requirements
3. Explain Vibhinna Events' d cor services, themes, and packages to prospective clients
4. Prepare and share basic proposals/quotations based on client requirements
Follow up with leads and maintain proper lead records
5. Coordinate with internal d cor and operations teams for feasibility and availability
6. Attend client meetings at venues or the office, along with senior team members
7. Assist during on-ground events to understand execution and client handling
Support in closing bookings and confirmation processes
