About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engaging incoming leads via calls and WhatsApp and understanding their concerns.
2. Counseling clients on Yuvrit's Ayurvedic approach and setting correct expectations.
3. Converting qualified leads into confirmed consultations or therapy bookings.
4. Maintaining structured follow-ups, call logs, and CRM/Sheets.
5. Handling inbound calls and messages with professionalism and warmth.
6. Coordinating with doctors and clinic teams to ensure smooth appointments.
7. Tracking conversions, show-up rates, and meeting weekly performance goals.
8. Representing Yuvrit's values: empathy, trust, authenticity, and clinical integrity.

Other requirements
1. Excellent communicator in English, Hindi, and Kannada (mandatory).
2. Patient listener with strong follow-up discipline.
3. Organized, target-oriented, and comfortable with tools (Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp Business).
4. Eager to learn Ayurveda basics and communicate them confidently.
5. Preferably based near HSR Layout or Whitefield.

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 2,000 /month
Job offer:
