Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on cold-calling professionals and lining them up for screening
2. Coordinating with professionals and scheduling them for the processes as required
3. Coordinating with trainers to conduct training for professionals as per the UrbanClap (Urban Company) code of conduct and tracking their progress
4. Working on existing professional management
5. Working on performance analysis and data segregation
6. Working on DB generation and providing app-training
7. Working on customer acquisition by visiting different places and marketing about UrbanClap (Urban Company) app and services offered
