DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Contact prospective customers through calls, email, and approved messaging channels.
2. Understand their clinic's needs, answer basic product questions, and coordinate demos with the CliniKite team.
3. Follow up with interested leads, send meeting reminders, and reschedule missed demos.
4. Maintain accurate lead records, conversation notes, and next steps in our CRM.
Create social media captions, simple Canva creatives, and short videos using approved product materials.
5. Maintain a content calendar and prepare posts for review.
Share weekly updates on lead follow-ups, demos booked and attended, and content completed.

Other requirements
1. Communicates clearly and confidently, especially over the phone.
2. Is comfortable initiating conversations and following up professionally.
3. Has strong written English; proficiency in Tamil or other Indian languages is a plus.
4. Is organised, dependable, and willing to learn about healthcare software.
5. Has basic familiarity with Canva and social media platforms.
6. Can use spreadsheets and is willing to learn CRM tools.
7. Is interested in sales, marketing, or working in a startup.
