About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engaging with prospective students who reach out via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
2. Understanding their educational background, career aspirations, and challenges to recommend the right program
3. Guiding students through our program offerings in SEO, UI/UX Design, Performance Marketing, and No-Code AI Website Development
4. Building and maintaining relationships with prospective students throughout their decision-making journey
5. Addressing queries and concerns around program structure, outcomes, and career opportunities with clarity and confidence
6. Coordinating with mentors for demo sessions or one-on-one consultations when needed
7. Maintaining and updating student records daily in the CRM or tracking sheet
Contributing toward weekly and monthly team objectives
