About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Abandoned cart calling:
1. Call customers who added products to cart but didn't complete checkout
2. Understand objections (price, trust, delivery, product clarity)
3. Re-pitch products confidently and convert abandoned carts into orders
4. Share payment links, offers, or COD options where applicable
B. RTO & order confirmation calling:
1. Call COD customers for order verification before dispatch
2. Confirm address, availability, and delivery intent
3. Reduce fake orders, refusals & RTO percentage
4. Re-attempt delivery confirmations where required
C. Follow-ups & coordination:
1. Follow up with customers via calls & WhatsApp
2. Coordinate with logistics & operations team for corrections
3. Ensure order status is correctly updated in CRM/order panel

2. Strong Hindi communication (English is a plus)
3. Persuasive, patient & objection-handling ability
4. Comfortable with repetitive calling & targets
5. Basic knowledge of CRM, Shopify/WooCommerce, or order panels
