About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Call customers who added products to their cart but did not complete the order.
2. Understand and resolve customer concerns related to price, product, delivery or payment.
3. Explain products and help customers complete their orders.
4. Share offers, payment links and COD options when available.
5. Call COD customers to confirm their orders before dispatch.
6. Confirm customer address and delivery availability.
7. Follow up with customers to reduce order cancellations and RTO.
8. Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
9. Coordinate with the logistics and operations team for order-related issues.
10. Update customer and order details in the CRM/order panel.
11. Maintain good customer relationships and provide a smooth customer experience.
12. Help increase successful orders through regular follow-ups and customer support.

2. Strong Hindi communication (English is a plus)
