About Eka Studio
Eka Studio by Sana is a Delhi-based design house creating contemporary luxury interiors for high-end residential clients.
Our projects span Delhi NCR and Himachal, and our approach blends storytelling, aesthetics, and modern functionality.
We're now building a sharp sales system and you could be the first to help us scale.
What You'll Do
Work directly with the founder & design team to convert luxury interior inquiries into real projects.
Handle incoming leads (Instagram, website, ads, WhatsApp) qualify, engage, and schedule meetings.
Assist in proposal preparation, presentation follow-ups, and CRM tracking.
Build outreach funnels using Instagram, LinkedIn, and AI-based tools (ChatGPT, Notion, Canva, etc.).
Conduct competitive research and suggest marketing collaborations to grow our client base.
Learn how high-ticket design sales actually work from first DM to signed client.
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication & persuasion skills confident on calls and messages.
Tech-first thinker: loves using tools like Notion, ChatGPT, Canva, or CRM software.
Understands social media can identify how and where luxury clients engage.
Fluent in English & Hindi (spoken + written).
Obsessed with design, architecture, or premium lifestyle brands.
Ambitious wants to build a career in sales, marketing, or business development within the luxury design industry.
