DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Conducting calling campaigns with warm leads (parents and students) to introduce Gradeperfect's programs.
2. Qualifying and engaging potential clients, identifying their goals, needs, and aspirations.
3. Executing digital outreach through email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to build and maintain lead pipelines.
4. Researching and building databases through Google Maps, community forums, and online platforms (data scraping).
5. Scheduling demos or counselling sessions for the senior sales team and ensuring follow-ups are completed on time.
6. Maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM and tracking lead conversion metrics.
7. Sharing feedback with marketing and product teams to refine lead quality and improve conversion efficiency.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
2. Comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools, and basic CRM or spreadsheet systems for outreach and reporting.
3. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple outreach and follow-up tasks efficiently.
4. Eager to learn sales strategy, digital outreach techniques, and client engagement.
5. Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
