As a Business Growth Intern, you will play an integral role in expanding the outreach and market presence of PSI's portfolio ventures. This role involves supporting lead generation, engaging potential partners or clients, and assisting in the execution of strategic growth initiatives. You will gain exposure to B2B outreach, growth marketing strategies, and the workings of high-growth tech startups.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Support outbound outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads
2. Conduct research to identify prospective clients, partnerships, and industry opportunities
3. Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating follow-ups for internal business teams
4. Maintain records of outreach activities and performance using CRM or tracking tools
5. Contribute to market analysis and competitor research for multiple ventures
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine growth strategies and messaging
7. Stay updated on startup and industry trends relevant to AI, SaaS, and Deep Tech

1. Students from any academic year or discipline with a strong interest in startups and business development
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Comfortable with high-volume outreach tasks and fast-paced environments
4. Strong research and analytical abilities
5. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
6. Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or any prior experience in growth, sales, or marketing is a plus
