About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Relationship Management:
1. Regularly contact existing dealer leads and GeM sellers
2. Understand their pipeline, requirements, bid activity, and ongoing client needs
3. Maintain professional communication and follow-ups in a structured manner
B. Partner Coordination:
1. Assist sellers with GeM-related support: category enablement, OEM authorization, product listings, documentation
2. Share quotations, brochures, catalogues, commercial terms, and support materials
3. Collect onboarding information, track seller status, and maintain CRM logs
C. Sales Support:
1. Respond to pricing requests, product selection queries, and technical clarifications
2. Coordinate internally for approvals, dispatch queries, installation support, warranty terms, etc.
3. Work with channel partners to ensure submissions in tenders or bids on GeM portal are properly aligned with Paradyne's product range
D. Field Sales Exposure
1. Visit local dealers, sellers, or institutional customers when needed
2. Understand buyer pain-points, competition landscape, pricing trends, and decision timelines

1. Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship (Monday–Saturday) at Paradyne’s New Delhi location
2. Should be willing and eligible to transition into a full-time role after the internship period, based on performance

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 12,000 - 15,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 25,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 600000/year
