Role Overview
The Business Growth Consultant will connect with business owners, entrepreneurs, directors, CEOs, and other decision-makers to understand their growth requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions offered by Webpulse, including website development, digital marketing, SEO, digital PR, and brand reputation management.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connect with business owners, entrepreneurs, directors, CEOs, and key decision-makers through voice calls, WhatsApp, chats, emails, and social media.
2. Identify prospective clients and generate qualified business leads.
3. Understand prospects' businesses, target markets, challenges, and growth objectives.
4. Conduct online consultations and presentations through platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
5. Guide prospects on business growth through website development, SEO, digital marketing, social media, digital PR, and brand reputation-building solutions.
6. Recommend suitable Webpulse services and packages based on client requirements.
7. Explain service features, business benefits, pricing, and expected outcomes clearly and professionally.
8. Handle objections, negotiate with prospects, and convert qualified opportunities into sales.
9. Follow up regularly with leads and maintain professional client relationships.
10. Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets.
11. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales status in the company's CRM.
12. Coordinate with senior consultants and internal teams for client meetings, proposals, onboarding, and project handovers.
13. Stay updated on Webpulse services, digital marketing trends, and competitors' offerings.
14. Participate in product training, sales training, and performance review meetings.
15. Represent Webpulse professionally and follow all company policies, processes, and workplace standards.

Other requirements
Eligibility & Qualifications
1. Graduate in any stream.
2. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
4. Fluency in English and Hindi.
5. Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, email, and internet applications.
7. Comfortable using Google and YouTube for research.
8. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
9. Basic understanding of websites, SEO, digital marketing, and social media marketing is preferred.
10. Comfortable communicating with senior business professionals through calls, chats, emails, and online meetings.
11. Prior experience in telesales, business development, inside sales, digital marketing sales, or IT sales will be an advantage.

Perks
1. Months 1–3: Training-cum-Internship — Receive a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 while gaining practical training and hands-on experience.
2. Months 4–6: Job Placement with Probation — Successful candidates will receive a job offer with a 3-month probation period and an in-hand salary of ₹21,100 per month.
3. From Month 7: Permanent Employment — Upon successfully completing probation and meeting the required performance standards, candidates will receive an appointment letter with an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 per month.
4. Performance Incentives — Additional incentives will be provided over and above the salary.
5. Progression to each stage is subject to successful completion of training, regular attendance, discipline, assessment results, performance, and management approval.
