ConsultBae is expanding its presence across three rapidly growing business segments: Talent Acquisition & Workforce Solutions, AI-Powered Data Operations, and Digital Learning Solutions. We are looking for proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interns who are eager to gain practical exposure to B2B sales, market research, and outbound business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for different business offerings across multiple industries.
2. Conduct market research and generate targeted prospect databases using platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and various online resources.
3. Monitor market activity, including company funding announcements, recruitment trends, leadership appointments, and other indicators of potential buying intent.
4. Execute personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage key stakeholders and decision-makers.
5. Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress through CRM systems and tracking sheets.
6. Share regular performance updates, including daily outreach metrics and weekly pipeline reviews.
Success Metric
The primary objective of this role is to create new business opportunities by scheduling qualified discovery meetings for the leadership team. This position focuses entirely on outbound prospecting and business development, with no dependency on inbound lead generation.
